First Aid and Business Safety Audit

Here at ABC Worksafe we offer additional services that compliment our training courses and with that in mind helping our clients ensure compliance with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 (Updated 2021 and 2025) is a vital link in the chain.

With the introduction of the new revised UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025 that refer to first aid, this is the time to find out if your business has the correct elements in place to meet the requirements.

The Audit Assessment

A First Aid and safety Needs Assessment helps your business know exactly what first aid and other provisions are needed.

We carry out a thorough check that will look at all aspects of your current provision as well as any requirements needed.

For example:

• First Aid Kits – Are they BS 8599-1 (2019) HSE Compliant and relevant to your workplace
• The working environment and potential hazards
• Low risk or high risk
• How many trained staff and what level
• Are the correct signs in place
• If you have an AED is it checked regularly
• PPE

By having this assessment done, you are ensuring peace of mind in knowing that your business is not only compliant but also safe.

The cost and how it works

The Audit is usually carried out with one day (Depending on one or more sites)

Cost: £195 plus VAT – Inclusive of: Site Audit, travel, Audit report (Sent within 7 days of audit)

10% will be taken off of the cost  of any training courses needed following the audit.
