The Regulatory Reform (Fire safety) Order of 2005 states that businesses must have a Fire Risk assessment in place and this law applies if any of the following is applicable.

The Law applies if you are:
- • An Employer, or are self employed with business premises
- • Responsible for any part of a dwelling that is used solely for business activity
- • A voluntary organisation
- • A charity
- • Providing accommodation for paying guests
- • Responsible for a business premises
The responsible person must arrange to carry out a Fire Risk assessment and put in place a Fire Management plan.
Our Fire Risk assessments are carried out by fully qualified and experienced people in Health and safety and Fire backgrounds.
They would include:
✓ Production of a full and comprehensive written report covering
✓ Looking at your current safety measures to protect the relevant vulnerable people
✓ A review of your existing control measures
✓ Identify any hazards/Raising the alarm
✓ Exits and evacuations
✓ Fire Fighting equipment/maintenance
✓ Training in place
✓ Action plans to achieve compliance if required
We work individually with each client, and our quotes would be inclusive of TRAVEL to site (within reason), ASSESSMENTS (dependent on size of building) and writing of REPORTS. Our Assessor is registered with the Institute of Fire Engineers and has 30 years Fire Service experience.
