Course description
This yearly half day first aid refresher course is strongly recommended by the HSE to refresh the vital life saving skills of First Aiders and those who need to keep up with any first aid changes that have happened since their last first aid training. First Aid Refresher course certificates are valid for one year.
Who is the course suitable for?
This first aid refresher course is for anyone who has completed either the EFAW training (emergency first aid at work training) or the FAW training (first aid at work training) and anyone else who has attended first aid training in the past.
What you will learn on the first aid refresher course
Attendees will be able to refresh on the vital first aid skills of the previous courses such as CPR, use of the AED and treatment of the unconscious patient among other topics.
