Course description
The Regulatory Reform (fire safety) order 2005 requires employers or organisations providing services to the public to take responsibility for ensuring that people (including the less able) can leave a building safely when a fire occurs. This short evacuation chair operator course will give staff the practical knowledge of how to use the Evac Chair in an emergency.
Who is the evac chair course suitable for?
Any member of staff in a company or business where the eEvac Chair (evacuation chair) is situated and installed for use.

Evacuation chair training assessment is carried out by the trainer during the evac chair course and attendees will receive a certificate of attendance valid for 3 years.
Duration of the evac chair course
3 hours (a maximum of 12 staff on each course) using your own equipment.
Cost of evac chair training
Up to 6 people £350 plus VAT
Up to 12 people £450 plus VAT
All costs are fully inclusive of:
Onsite delivery, travel, evacuation chair course materials and evac chair certification.
We work with each client individually so please let us know if you have any specific evacuation chair training requirements prior to training.
